This website belongs to LW Maintenance Ltd, trading as Station Road Garage, at Station Road, Clowne, S43 4AB. We decide how your details are used, which makes us what the law calls the data controller.

When you send an enquiry, we get what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, your vehicle and your message.
If you call or email us instead, we get your number or email address and whatever you tell us.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, give you a quote and arrange any work you ask for.
The law calls this taking steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering people who get in touch.
We only use your enquiry to reply to you. We never use it for marketing, and we don't sell your details.
Who else sees it
Our website and enquiry form run on Framer, a website company based in the Netherlands. Framer handles your enquiry for us and sends it to Lee by email.
Your details may be held on servers outside the UK, including in the US, under the safeguards the law requires.
We only share your details with anyone else if the job needs it, such as a test centre when we take your car for its MOT, or if the law says we must.
How long we keep it
If your enquiry doesn't turn into any work, we delete it within 12 months.
If we do work for you, we keep the job records, including invoices, for six years after the end of the tax year they relate to. Tax rules require it, and the records help if a problem comes up later.
Cookies and visitor numbers
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies, so there's no cookie banner to click through. Framer's visitor numbers work without cookies and don't identify you.
